Michael is an experienced estate agent with 13 years’ experience running estate agency offices, as well as valuing, selling and letting millions of pounds worth of property in different parts of the UK. He strives every day to break the stereotype of how estate agents are seen by the public and accordingly his proactive approach is quite different to the norm.
As he has bought and sold many different types of properties, he is a landlord himself and has undertaken some development projects he understands the issues and challenges that customers experience.
Michael has two main aims for his clients.
The first is to provide the best advice to get the client the best possible price available in the market by using the correct marketing strategy and expertly negotiating on their behalf.
The second is to ensure that the client achieves their aims with the minimum amount of stress and fuss. This is done by listening to each client’s needs and working every day to ensure these needs are met.
Michael can see the bigger picture and understands that there is education to be taken from every situation. He loves people and property and is always seeking out new and innovative ways to improve his knowledge.
